​Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling of all services require a 24 hour notice.

 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total.

 

All no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. We understand that life's emergency do occur. Drop us a text or an email if you are unable to make it to your appointment to avoid any charges.

Parking

​

You may park on 2nd St. It has 2 hour free parking once per day per block. You may also park in the lot behind Salon Incognito. This is preferred for those receiving longer services. This lot has 3 hour free parking once per day and 10 hour metered parking. One hour costs $.35. You can also pay via the new parking app, mypay2park.You may enter through the back door of the salon.

 

Please do not park in Ruhl and Ruhl parking. It is a private lot and you will be towed.
